I've done whole houses of drywall and have more to go in my own house. I just hate doing it. I love the final work: installing the trim, caulking and painting. I'm right around the corner from that.
I've not installed a drop ceiling grid yet so that will be new for me but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

Yes, everything from purchase to the point of beginning the prettifying aspects is...unpleasant. So far as the grid—there have to be tons of tutorials online. So there's that, at least, to make it a little simpler! I do hope you have someone to help you lift those sheets up there, though. I'm only 5' tall, so guess who Hubby sent to the neighbor's to ask for help?
