Sour seems most shows are not starting back Pulled up a superintendent of shows here in west they state closed.. I wonder who is the super on your trials?

Lilacs are finally opening up!

And ended up with 9 chickie's total.

Found what I think you call a shrink wrapped chick last night laying in the middle of everything, nobody paying attention to it's cheeps. Had about a quarter sized hole in the shell, but got him peeled out with no issue. I stuck him under one of the moms and came back a few minutes later to find him abandoned again They were in their sleep spot, so I stuck him back under fairly certain he wasn't going to make it. He or she was bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning! I was pretty happy to see that, whether it's meant to make it or not.

Lilacs are finally opening up!

Ours did the past few days, smells nice. Went to town for paint yesterday and passed a house with its irises, MANY clumps of them, in full bloom. I don't think ours even had any flower buds yet! It is only about 4 miles from my house to that house.

Isn't that funny how it can change in such a little span? I was looking at the chokecherries the other day and two were in full bloom and the rest were not. I love the smell of lilacs! Smells like spring. My iris are just getting buds on them, finally.
