It sounds like you will be having an adventure getting the brooder to the Lake!

I have a smaller tote but I'm scared it will be to small for them. lol

I get the need for tons of ventilation. If you upgrade to 1/2" hardware cloth, they will be secure. All my windows and other openings into the coop are backed with HC.

I can put hardware cloth over the windows but we don't have doors for the pop doors. We just always left them open for the birds. Since it was fenced in. And since Dh had fusion surgery on his neck I know he can't get on the latter and cut all the hardware cloth for those vents on top. I will get some sulfur to put around the coop and run. That will keep them away.

I'm doing good to walk on the ground. lol Between my hip and my vertigo there is no way I could go up a latter.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee, Chicka.
I finally got in touch with my mother yesterday. She drives me bonkers. I called 4 times during work yesterday (and I was extraordinarily busy with constant interruptions) trying to let her know we were closing today and I needed 9 checks to take to Closing. I was so irritated when I left work I just drove straight to her house. BOTH cars there. When I asked her why she didn't answer the phone, 'oh, I've been having problems with that phone'. When I asked about her cell phone, 'oh, I didn't hear that'.
At any rate, I'll be taking her to the bank to get the two bank certified checks and left her with a list of 7 personal checks she needs to write.
I'm all stoked about getting to work on the house. When I did the walk through yesterday and looked closer at the things I need to do. I picked up two more wiring jobs but realized I only have the two front windows in the house to replace, not all the windows. They are really wonky and I'll have to start prying one off to see how to get the house framing squared away on those walls. I may just remove both windows that area currently separated by an exposed support stud reframe the openings with headers to a standard mulled window pair.
There is also a drop ceiling in the bath room that I neglected to notice when I looked at the house the first time. I lifted a tile and quickly realized why that was. There is no vent in the bathroom and the drywall over the shower area is damaged. That is one of wiring jobs but the main panel is right on the other side of the wall so putting in another circuit will be a piece of cake because I'll be ripping out the tub/surround (one piece - I hear a sawzall in my future) and replacing the rotted drywall with green board. I'll then do a through wall vent fan and a recessed LED ceiling light over the shower area.
I even found a great way of insulating the ceiling when I'm done to get a R-value of 33 instead of the 16 it currently is.
I get to do a remodel where someone else is paying for everything!!

It sounds like a lot of work but that you are looking forward to it

Wow Busy here Tonya so glad you have the project to work on. Our TV acting strange okay call me techno idiot now.
Somehow this vizeo TV thinks we want streaming tv.
We have direct tv but their remote aint working but to turn it off and on any ideas here

Change the batteries in the remote?

We got it fixed some how got off the setting for HMDI 1 that is direct TV. When I woke the kid he helped me to be brave and I got to fix it
