She's even prettier on the inside!
You should have met her when I first adopted her at the end of December. The poor girl was a mess both physically and emotionally.

Poor baby! She deserves all the love you can give her.
I found a beautiful Dobbie pup that someone had used as bait and turned it out on the highway if front of our place. I had to take it to the pound as we could not have dogs there. But I made them put special instructions on her adoption. That no one with kids should have her. She had a rib that had been broke and healed. She was sweet as could be but if you touched that spot she would lightly nip your hand to show you it hurt her. They did find her a loving home. I had worked for that shelter pt and knew the staff.

I’ve got to get dh to measure all the windows in the lake house this weekend. I need to find some blinds or shades to go in them. To keep the sun from destroying all the drapes.
that place has so many windows it isn’t funny.

We are still working on getting all the leaves up from the previous owner. We can only burn a few at a time. And the wind was terribly the last time we went up there.
Dh is talking about fillingthe bed of the truck with leaves to bring home to burn. And cover them with a tarp. I’ll bet there are three to four years worth of leaves on the ground. And our place and next door are about the only ones with trees out there. Lol

Ya know, I’ve never had a predator get in my coop or runs. I’ve lost a few eggs to a couple snakes. But a lot more folks have had predator attacks on their flocks. And lost birds for many other reasons.
granted I’ve had to kill a few snakes. But so have others. I’m not going to feel bad over it. I can’t even make my own bed right now without nearly having a stroke. With my aorta valve not working right.
My chicks will be large enough before I put them in the coop to not have to worry about them. I will put something over the windows before then.

The will be fine!

I never had one get in our run or coop. Our dogs Are their biggest problems. lol

I am just trying to stay out of the hospital till the tests are done and the Dr. say's what he's going to do to fix it! Right now I can't do much of anything. I feel about worthless.

The 9 checks get distributed as follows: one to the listing agent, one to the selling agent, one to the Town Clerk, three to the buyers attorney, 2 to the sellers attorney and one to the seller. I still closed in about 12 minutes... on the back of my car in the parking lot outside my attorney's office!

Our closing was 236 pages ? They wrote a blasted novel Bella really does love her cat

I think my tea pot is the least of her worries. All her pottery stuff is here so I doubt she's doing much in the way of ceramics.
