Thankfully most have stopped laying so piles of eggs scattered around the place are not something I have to deal with for a while. I'll get a couple of relative worry free months while they moult and feed up for the winter.

Bixby Tanner Sherman aka Bix has made his first Facebook appearance. Apparently he is settling into his new home very well, and his new companions are absolutely delighted with him.

He's a pretty mellow boy, but knows nothing about living indoors. He also has a fairly high energy level. All day I've been wondering how things were going. In one of the pictures he is sound asleep on the rug. Well done, Tanner err - Bix.
