Well, I live in Red Level, Alabama, about 10 miles west of Andalusia, Alabama. Did live in Algeciras for about 6 months back in 2004. Got to watch the sun rising over Gibraltar in the mornings. I mentioned once my love for Spain.. It's my home away from home, so to speak.

Axeshually Tai Chi relaxes the mind as well as the body by redirecting 'chi' or energy. And the movement provides gentle stretching as well. Tai Chi is not necessarily a 'martial art' but can be used as one.

Fabio has thrown them on all this year's kids. Sarge, one of his sons from last year, has 5 toes on one foot and 4 on the other.
