I hope your flock is safe!
I hope your flock stays safe!
Thanks, so do I. Working against us, there is a large wildfowl and wetlands place nearby to the NW on the Loughor estuary, and lakes and marshes in a nature reserve to the S, so we do tend to get a lot of migrating birds stopping by for a snack, which is wonderful most years, but not when some of them are carrying AI :(
That ran through but never got here
so glad for you Penny!
Got a bit of wood in the recently broken back window on the Nissan.
huh? don't understand; were you seizing the opportunity of a broken window to get an oversize bit of wood in your vehicle, or ...?
We have lots of water!
you do! I hope it's not threatening your property or lives!

yes I saw that in one of your later posts I was catching up on this morning. How far down does it go? Can whatever it was keeping in or out swim?
I am not sure how far it is to the end of the fence that's under water. I just wanted to try and keep out stray dogs. Also to make it harder for predators to snatch and run. Coyotes can jump fences and so can foxes and likely Bobcats. Plus it makes it harder for our dogs to run off chasing a squirrel, rabbit, or deer. Not sure what effect, if any the fence might have on black bears.
