Yesterday's visit with DHs sons family went better than I thought it would. I managed to bite my tongue and keep my feelings about junior under wraps.
I do adore his girls but I could tell they must have been talking smack about me over the past months in front of the kids because the older one just kept looking at me funny. She changed her tune when I brought Napoleon to the door for them to see. He's so damn cute no one could keep up with an attitude towards the bringer of such cuteness!
They all went out to build a snow man with the kids in the front yard while I cleaned the house up.
Bella went with them.
Bella crapped on the walkway very near the snow man.
Junior stepped in it.

Speaking of poop - Maggie pooped in her crate last night. Her stomach is still a bit off because of all of the changes in her life. Princess was in charge of putting her to bed and thinks that she rushed her last 'outside' visit. If you read her, Maggie indicates when she is done and is ready to go 'inside'. Anyway - no big deal. Miss Maggie Mae got a bath this morning, and her crate is cleaned and bedding is being washed. Cooking some rice to add to her food.

Good afternoon everyone!

Thank you for the coffee and snack, much appreciated. Just came back from a long hike with the dogs, right before the next deluge started.
Temperatures have been rising during the last days, so the overall feeling is more like spring than Christmas.

Yesterday's visit with DHs sons family went better than I thought it would....
They all went out to build a snow man with the kids in the front yard while I cleaned the house up.
Bella went with them.

Junior stepped in it.
