I’m not sure if all the states are the same, but in CA it is nearly impossible to make an adult seek medical treatment. Hopefully she will decide to leave on her own, but I don’t see that happening. In her mind, she’s got a free place to live where she thinks she shares ownership & that means money. She can push your mother around & that means power. She probably thinks she’s got it made.

If your mother can’t man up & tell her to leave, your best hope might be to get Adult Protective Services involved.

Also, can you get those boxes out of the house, like in a storage unit?

I've made a pot of coffee. It's going to be long night.
Frankly I'm begining to feel the human race has reached the end of it's sanity; if it ever had any.
Got enough family drama here. It's almost always the females trying to money grab here and weak men who wont say enough is enough.
What happened to the humble life; the spirit of generosity, compassion for the less fortunate and doing the right thing even if it hurts a bit?
As for Christian values, make I larf.

All long gone and considered as "stupidity" by today's mostly self absorbed and opportunistic people.
Only a few dinosaurs like us remember what it means and how it feels.

That has always existed.....along with the nasty stuff.
