:yesss: Yes! We deserve the best linens and pillows around, right?

I am so sick and tired of "although threadbare, this still works" etc.
Not sure I can afford the 'best', but new will certainly be nice, it's been a decade.

When I remove the troublemaker/hysteric/tyrant I mostly notice and increase in eggs, more relaxed dust bathing and less noise.
Almost instant peace reigns whenever I've removed a troublemaker. Ahhhhh!

I wish you lived near me... I'd take your old sheets if you plan to throw them out. They are great for frost protection in the garden.
I wish I could give them to you, have kept old sheets(and many other things) for years, thinking I'd find a use. But I'm done, time to toss stuff.

My problem with buying new sheets is they are all "fits mattress up to 18" nowadays. I have a 6" mattress. The fitted sheet doesn't stay in place and even comes off. Both hubby and I toss and turn a lot.
Maybe the tossing and turning is due to the thin mattress, maybe time for a thicker one. :D
I really should buy a new mattress too, mines like 25 years old, hope I can still flip it.
