Today is my "very low fiber diet" day.
Tomorrow and Sunday are clear liquids only days.
Sunday night I take the first prep solution. I should be a raging b!tch by Monday...

Good morning everyone!

Come and share the big pot of freshly brewed coffee with me before I start the big chicken coops spring-cleaning today. Will be quite an experience since they are still in flockdown.

My little robin friend hopped towards me this morning while I was feeding the chickens, as if to remind me that I should get on with the digging. He loves to "help" whenever I dig up the common sorrels and stinging nettles in the runs and yesterday we spent some hours of "digging together".
