Nice to have a backup! I'm sure it will be much nicer with Tate gone. Is he the bantam?
He's the d'Uccle.
He's just a feathered hormone!
Napoleon is a little charmer and the girls love him. Except for Peanut. But he leaves her alone for the most part.

This little Sebright guy is really cute!

And if it wasn't for these enormous amounts of feathers on their feet, d'Uccles would be cute too.
They are still cute but I don't care for the overly feathered feet either.
When Fabio is gone, my next rooster will be clean legged. I'm also not hatching out of my flock any longer. Partly because I have no idea which boy will have fertilized the eggs and I don't want feathered legs on the girls any longer. They're so easily damaged.

Napoleon started out his romantic career wooing the girls in the nest boxes. His big dark eyes are very expressive.
He still hangs around the poop boards and roosts every morning answering escort calls and squawking away when the girls are chanting their "getting ready to commence to begin laying an egg, let us all join in LOUD chorus and let the world know" song.

Good Day Cafers. Had a short work day, over before lunch. Beer 30 is coming early today. :lau
Congratulations! :highfive:

I still have to sell my archery equipment. For years I am telling myself to finally get it done and sell it...
I don't think I'm making the trip to look. I went once when my brother was stationed there and I flew down from Lithuania. I've actually been wanting/meaning to go get more. Maybe a new bow and arrows for 2 different bows. Arrows are soooooo expensive anymore.

You could acquire my archery equipment, left hand bow, nice set of arrows, arm guards, chest protector, big target, security netting and all kinds of bells and whistles. :D

I'm left handed but shoot right. I have shot my long bow left to see if I could. No shelf on that side. I could possibly get better left than right if I kept at it. I still think shipping across the pond would be a bit of a problem. I also want a left handed bow for the wife.

Chest protector, security netting.??? I put the fake deer in front of a round hay bale.

But in archery it depends on the eye, not the hand which bow you use. I am right handed, but my leading eye is the left one.

I came to love the security netting, as it also prevents the arrows from flying all over the place and having me searching for hours to find them.
