Well, the power just came on so the cat and I are having our first coffee of the day.
It is now basically sunny and 34 F and melting. We got around 14 inches or so of very wet snow and the schools are closed. Good day! I guess I will get to shoveling again and get in shape for some rumor of another storm 6 days down the road. Happy rock slide season!
They forgot that one on the chart...

What a rotten start to spring!

we have a guy in the next town over who props up his garden hose and lets it trickle through winter---makes a gorgeous ice fountain after a few frozen weeks. People drive there to see it

Tomorrow.
I worked on the house most of the day. Didn't stop until much later than I realized. Still had to clean up my mess, put dinner on the table, makes lunches, prep the slow cooker for dinners for my work days, cook the weekly frittata, clean up three puddles of Bella diarrhea... wait, WHAT?
Yep. After the first two puddles I mopped the floors after cleaning them and the splatter on the door. We sat down to have our smoothies and I heard what sounded like someone spilling water on the floor in the bedroom and the stench soon followed. After cleaning that up I gave her 4 mg of Imodium AD. She's going to be fasted all day tomorrow and I'll make a batch of boiled chicken and rice for her. Maybe even some of that carrot soup @LaFleche told us about.
She drank out of the creek again today. I guess I'm going to have to keep her away from the creek for a while.

Morning Cafe brought another pot of Coffee..
Sent three birds I picked up as the owner was leaving the state .. They integrated but the black was still a bit unhappy ..
Sent the three. sold them to a new friend she has 3 banty 2 big girls .. now 5 big girls
