Doesn't look like it was at it long. I pulled the stacks of wood out from under there, it hadn't dug too deep. Hopefully the disturbance is enough to move it elsewhere.
While removing wood stacks, I met this critter.
Jar radius is 1.5"
My insect ID group(they include spiders too)
tells me that it's most likely Dolomedes tenebrosus (dark fishing spider).

Pretty! I love fuchsia’s. My grandma used to have those all over her yard. I loved popping the buds before they’d open. She would get so pissed at me.
