I picked the biggest haul of blueberries yet off my bushes. BUT, they're tiny berries. Had they been normal sized, the bowl would have been full. My brain melted a couple hours ago, so I'm not going worry about it.

No I used earlier with the other peeps they are 2 weeks old having day old silkie I knew they would need it and took it off the others a week ago during the time we where in a heat wave.. This is the one I bought

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.
And Jody and Tonk are both back in the broody breaker again.
They are so in sync with this going broody crap. As soon as the temp goes up for more than 2 days, I get two miniature turkeys.

There are support groups for Enablers as well as addicts you know.
You are suggesting I make even MORE of these insanely broody creatures?

Well, there is the option of giving them away/selling them to people who would love to have a broody, you know?

And in the rather not so likely case of one or even two eggs actually hatching, these chicks could find new homes as well, right?

GAH!!

Glad I only have one at a time(knockwood).
....and she went down to the nests after dark again last night.
this time she waited until I was on my way out of the shed,
but I heard her ticking and watched.
Back in the crate!

Yesterday day was wicked hot/humid...spent most the day under the ceiling fan.
A bit cooler today with the clouds, thunderstorms tonight and a high of 72 tomorrow.
