No, thank youanybody want some expired food?
Autumn days are so busy and always too short to get everything done! That's why I often cook the marmelades and applesauce in late evening, so I can get some yardwork and chicken chores done while there is still enough light.Today is salsa day. Make, cook down, can. Tomorrow, I'll can what's left of the tomatoes I bought. Then put the canner away until it's applesauce time.
And I became a teenager. Not sure if everyone would agree that was a great thing though.and, I was born!!
You could go up Mount Washington I've never done that, might take my sister when she visits in a couple of weeks. Have to plan for a good day though, no sense going up and looking at pea soup.I'm looking for another ski mountain to drive to the top of today.
Oh, you must live like we do. Condolences.I did, however, clear off the table. That was a much more time consuming endeavor.
If it is coming out of the cabinets it is probably still good.I'm cleaning kitchen cabinets---anybody want some expired food?
Great pics Ichabod! Glad you didn’t have any headless horsemen chasing you.Photo barrage coming...

Wright's covered bridge. This one we couldn't easily access. It's a rail bridge.

And a stop to a totally different Simon Pearce Glass Store netted me these lovely pieces.

The bowl was a second but still over $115. I love the colors and they'll look great on the island. Meet my new fruit bowl!

And my friggin' gas mileage!! We hadn't filled the tank since leaving home. This was my average mpg when we stopped in New Hampshire to top up. We could have continued another 108 miles.

Have I mentioned how much I love this car?!
Last week, I emptied a box of powdered milk making bread. I was breaking down the box for recycle and saw the use by date: Jan 2011. I've been using it to make bread (only need 1/2 cup per recipe) for 6 months...If it is coming out of the cabinets it is probably still good.
