Does your DH get weird sparkly vision with ocular headaches?

I think that's how he described it. Also like what you see after you look at a bright light, then look away, that shimmery-ness. When he sees that, he knows to take 2 ibuprofen right away, or the pain will be there in a few minutes.

Thank goodness he doesn't get that many, and that they come with a warning signal.

I rarely take meds for pain, ditto with DH. But ibuprofen is the one we go to.

I don't either, anymore.
Usually ibuprofen kicks in within 30 minutes for me.
It barely took the edge off today....too little too late.<groan>

I found a really cool salad bought a bag of fresh spinach at Costco for the birds .. We like fresh spinach so some for us first .. Apple and fresh spinach with tangy vinaigrette of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Dijon

I have had several of them over the past 5 years or so. I do not get a headache though.

It is a very weird thing to see!

We got an unexpected snow yesterday so today so today is Shovel Day. Dobie, hope you don't have to drive anywhere on icy roads today!

Late to the Cafe' - work party at the beagle club. I'm wet and cold, and need the coffee. Christmas plans may be out the window as granddaughter and her fiance tested positive for Covid yesterday. Both are vaccinated, and so far their symptoms are mild.
