Thanks for the coffee! Here's a refill, if we're getting low. It's a coffee kind of day.

We had periods of rain last night/this morning. It's snowing now, and will be for hours. I'm dreading the bitter cold that's coming.

At least there wasn't anything wild, and we didn't lose power. They didn't even mention it on the morning news/weather, so I guess it was a non-issue. Very grateful for that, at least.

DH said the roads were icy when he went to work. Glad he did the driving around thing he had to do yesterday, not today. Glad I went to the store yesterday too.

Woo, it is cold out there! We only got 6 out of the possible 14 inches of snow and it is only -3F instead of -7F. It is sunny too, so things are looking up!
Thanks for the hot coffee. I am going to go take mine and sit by the fire now that the horse chores are done. Enjoy the day and stay warm!

We've warmed all the way up to 8* now! And the forecast doesn't call for snow, but it didn't call for any the last 2 times we've been hit either so not sure I believe them.

Hey well got up early had one cup of coffee go like a batt out of yup.. Safeway to get pneumonia shot set it online they sent me two reminders one text also .. Did get there 10 minutes late .. They send me to the room they do shots in .. Sit there 10 minutes.. Pharmacist comes in .. " We have had a new vaccine for 2 days but no directions how to use it"
Now they have 3 ways to contact me. Takes a hour to get there.. Did they bother to say in those 2 days before ?

A lighter note egg i brought in to was as a fake egg is a real.. Son washed it told me

We are under a winter storm warning here. Supposed to start with rain, then mix with freezing rain and ice then switch over to snow with a sharp drop in temperature. We'll see around -10 Saturday night. I have no idea how I'll deal with the driveway if that happens. At least the car will be in the garage.
