I had my first Shingrix shot yesterday around 5:00. My arm is a bit swollen and certainly sore. And today I'm really much more lethargic than normal. Anyone else have similar side effects?

I had mine a couple years ago and just had a slightly sore arm. Hope you're back to 100% soon!

I just use a thick metal pole, it breaks the ice and cuts out small circles of ice.
which you can put in your drink to cool it ;)

Not certain what the next step will be.
Camomile tea (for her, not you)

Had the first one in my left arm, the one I sleep on. NOT a good plan, I didn't sleep well for 3 nights. Had the second one in my right arm, slept much better. Definitely the longest "ow my arm hurts" vaccine I've had.

I'm never sure if lethargy on a given day is related to something or just a "bad narcolepsy" day.

Trust me on the 'takenoshit'. I know all about 2 X 4 dogs. We maintain her coat at 1 to 1.5" - combing her remains necessary or she mats. I have no problem with the maintenance as we can handle that.
2 x 4?

I kept him at about a 1/2" no matting, no combing.
No brushing or shedding was great,
but grooming(bath, clip, ear plucking, toe nails) could take up the whole day.

I'm going to get that at my next physical, probably May or June.

DH liked the frittata I made (my first). So... maybe he'll see the need for more chickens, to keep us in enough eggs to make one every week...? :fl Such a versatile recipe to make a good, filling dish.

I had a sore arm with Shingrix but not the other symptoms

You have to get two shots for that one!

Right, I heard that. DH got his at his last physical. They were out when I had mine. Then we were busy trying to get the Covid shots, so Shingrex just went on the way back burner.

How far apart do the shots need to be? Maybe I could get the first one soon, and get the second one at my physical.

It is 2 to 6 months apart.
