I swear my body is breaking down to the point where one good sneeze is going to do me in.

I actually caused an inguinal hernia with a sneeze.

I watered one of the gardens today. Wow, is it dry out there. The "rain" was enough to rearrange the dust on my car. Maybe some mid-week. I hope!

I've got DH at the walk-in clinic. The day aide called to say that he woke up with lower back pain and he's certainly having trouble getting up and walking.
