Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

It's nice and cool at 50F this morning. LOVE it!!

Back to work I go. Still coughing and the ear still hasn't drained.

54 here this morning.....had to pull the quilt up.

Lovin' the last few cool days and nights!
It actually got down to about 45 overnight last night.
Next week shows increasing day temps, but at least the nights are going to be in the 70's so I can sleep without the fan blasting me.

We have one more day of this heat wave!

I am looking forward to days with highs under 100F

Finally went out to do some 'haying' on my way overgrown front yard.
1 of the 3 blades fell off when I ran over a branch,
now to find the washer and brass bolt. SMH.
Luckily it was the blade closest to the discharge chute, so I was able to finish that part of the yard(at a reduced cut width) and may be able to reinstall the blade without removing the deck.

Our heat wave broke. We are down 20 degrees from yesterday. I love it about 70 ? Went to Costco and such this morning had lunch with my sweetheart.

Good morning, Cafe', and thanks for the coffee. Taking Maggie to be groomed today. She's such a 'beast' that first groomer we had said, "I love her, but she's impossible." Sort of my feelings. Vet called yesterday, and her Phenobarbital level is on the low side, but since it seems to be controlling her seizures we will not increase - unless necessary.

Thanks for the coffee! Cloudy with some breeze out there. The guy started bringing in some of the tree lengths. That is going to be a PIA in a different way than dealing with slash and hauling out so I guess I will sick DS$ on it. He likes running the chainsaw!
Good luck at the goomer, Sour! Penny, I am glad for you! It sounds like a fun day.
Aart, I hope you got the mower blade back on. Finding the parts in the grass is always interesting!
