Good morning and thanks for the coffee! Yes, 6 inches of snow and still coming down hard. Tonight will be 19F and then warming back up to near 50F.

Frost this morning 33°F, first time I've worn a coat to do chicken chores.
Tho the 'blue line' is present on the 10 day forecast today,
no more freezing temps on there and some days in the upper 60's.

After 3 days of rain and fog, it's a gorgeous autumn day here in NJ. It is the kind of day Maggie loved. She would spend the day chasing and catching leaves. We brought her ashes home today. Scattered some along 'her' hill and in her favorite spots. Buried the rest with her collar, a frisbee and her 'bedtime' bear. Closure.

It is. He makes me feel bad that I still haven't done anything with Dylan, Abby and Bridget's ashes. Dylan died in 2011.
