What's the texture like....and how do you cook it?
My dad cooked calf brain once. Cleared the house right out.

It was basically a funny shaped steak. Not like liver!
Really tender and just fine on the taste.
I can't get past the huge pale taste buds looking at me! I could get lots of tongue for free for making dog food but just can't bring myself to slice them up and run them through the grinder. But I suppose they would be better than eye balls. :sick
 
~9" on the ground, more to come in the next 2 days.
Cold enough(well below freezing) that I could probably clear the driveway today,
but it is windy as hell(but not like 'out west') out there...
...so I will wait until Sunday.

Saw one hen usurp another out of a nest this morning....SMH.
But later got 2 eggs, in separate nests for my break-fast.
