Froze hard last night, but high near 40 again today, with sun most the day.

It's slit your wrist weather here. And to compound the abysmal weather, my back/right shoulder pain that I have been dealing with for months has finally pushed me over the edge of insanity. I can only think of the pain now so I've made an appointment with a chiropractor. I haven't needed to see one in over a decade and will spend $100 on the first visit so I know I'm desperate.
