Boy, they would be pretty hard to describe with words.

"WonderWoman" for upper back.
Hold arms straight out front parallel with ground.
Move them forward stretching upper back.
Then bending at elbow pull them back, stretching chest muscles.
PT had me visualize all the muscles, large and small.
Refer to a muscle anatomy illustration.

Lower back.
Sit in a hard chair, ankle on knee and lean forward at waist,
stretching lower back, glute, and hammie muscles.
Do both sides.

Repeat thru the day, a few reps each time, gently it doesn't 'cure' fast or all at once.
Too much can cause more pain.

She's still swimming in Fuji's old clothes but at least they stay on now. Fuji was 9.5#. Piper is up to 6.6#.

Skittles with seriously irritating me on this morning's hike. I turned around to see where he was twice and he was nowhere to be found. I had to hike all the way back up the hill and found him running through the forest looking for me. Freaking brat!

If mine want to know where i am on the property, they track me through the woods. They are both good at it.

A little.
The muscle knot in the back that is really causing the issue today. It needs to be released and that is going to take quite a while and hurt during the process. I need to do some heat therapy and stretching to help loosen things up again.
I don't understand. Chiropractors deal with bones, not muscles.
My shoulder problem for example was from nerves to my shoulder getting squeezed by a vertebrae in my spine.
I would go to a physio for muscle problems.

Stand upright with your arms held out from your sides parallel to the ground with your palms at 90 degrees to the ground.
Turn your head slowly as far left as you can without discomfort while beding you right at the wrist as far forward as you can.
Slowly turn your head to the right and as you do bend your right hand back as far as you can.
Do ten with each arm.
