The easy description of an "Egg Bite" is a muffin cup omelet. I use the silicone muffin cup liners, fill 3/4 ths of the cup with omelet, bake at 350F for about 20 mins. There are many variations. Put the good stuff in the cup, fill with egg mixture, bake.

Yea, I just checked it out and Townson is the only one no longer with us. They made some good music. I remember one in particular about "Bill".

Another ground hog showed up, been a couple weeks since I shot at and missed a young'n.
Thought I heard something out there earlier without seeing anything.
Looked out this evening and it was lounging on the filter pit deck,
slid the window open s l o w l y and it barely moved if at all,
eased the rifle out and it still didn't move.
One shot and done.
