DL, I hope the flight back was good. I thought of you yesterday on my travels to and from Estes Park with lots of wildlife to be viewed. Need I say more?
No pics on my end, just getting the moving done.
I did see some snow flakes as well and there was fresh snow up above treeline.

Well, I hear my chainsaw calling. Enjoy the day, Cafe!

The first leg was enjoyable.
The second leg was a nightmare.
I didn't get home until after 1 am. Didn't get to bed until after 2.

Back up at 6:30 to discover the MESS left for me in my house, especially the kitchen. Then, backing the car out this morning to go to work (after readjusting the driver's seat so I didn't feel like a kindergartener driving it) noticed that my gas cap was hanging out of the open (unlocked) gas door! It wasn't siphoned. C left it that way after he put gas in the tank.
Moral of the story: do NOT, under ANY circumstances, leave your house or car in the care of a teenage boy!!

While that must have surely been a disappointment, now to the really important part:

How are Skittles ❤️and Bella? Have they been properly taken care of? Did they kiss you senseless welcoming you home?

They are good.

Skittles is deaf and didn't hear me come in and was snoozing away on the couch. Bella and Piper went nutso but Bella managed to get to me for a few kisses.

When I woke up Skittles, Piper started running all over him ecstatically and he looked a bit shell shocked to be honest. He did his happy "snork and roll" a bunch of times when we went to bed like he used to months ago. So I know they were happy to see me. But ultimately, Piper was so ecstatic to see them she stole most of the attention. It's hard to ignore Piper when she is zipping around vibrating with joy and wiggling her entire body!

I am glad to hear that they are ok and all happy to be together again.

But *shhhhht* tell me: Where did you hide the corpse of the teenage housemate? 🤭
