Good morning, all thanks for the coffee @DobieLover, and I was up at 4 this morning @LTAY1946 it's a cool 47 here in NC. Second day here and everyone seems nice we have a town hall meeting today not sure why, all I know is the president of the company is coming. This place merged with another company. We are in Belgium, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Israel, Switzerland, Saudi, Singapore, NC, NY, Ney Jersey, Boston, Kansa, Philly, Portland, and Wall. Look like I'll be heading to Albany in a month for a few days.

I’m getting a dozen eggs a day yet. It won’t last long. Am considering water glassing some again this winter. Last time I did it, I put them in a “cool, dark place” as recommended, then forgot about them. I hope I remember to use them this time!

I grew up near Albany. Lived in Delmar until i was 17.

Mine took to the roll away boxes as I use a bit of velcro and put fake eggs in them. One or two hens started early and it took awhile to get them with the program but they use them now or did. One night I left the bar up and they couldn't get in the next morning. My fault not theirs but since I've got most all of them using the box again. I did the same with the Delaware coop twice and they use their box as long as I don't mess up. They didn't need a bit of retraining.

How long did you forget them? They're supposed to be good for 12-18 months, I've read.

I'm glad my hens are laying again after a short reduction of production. I'm giving them 27% game bird plus free choice oyster shell. Pushing them feathers to come on back out.
