Boys will be Boys and Dogs will be Dogs. You can't turn your back on either.
She makes me laugh every day and I wouldn't change a thing about her. She's a peach but a handful.
I just cannot figure out why she wants to take my screws and tools. I've found sheet rock screws on the living room rug in the past too. It's just plain weird.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the results from my last PT visit. Stim while on moist heat, traction, mild stretching exercises to try to force the disc back in place then she taped my back before I left. Yesterday my hip felt better than it has since I injured it. There's light at the end of the tunnel.
That's terriffic!

Yep, I also suffer from profound depression, have most my life, and the 'mania' that often follows the downs.
The exercise can help with that too, if one can motivate to move(at least stretches).
You can get smarter about moving weighty things and moves.
Yes, I have suffered with depression over 35 years. My medication helps. Music helps. My hobbies help. Hugs to all who have to deal with it.

I have quite a few friends/family member who suffer from depression 😬 many say exercise is a big part of keeping it under control ( of course when you’re down in the dumps the last thing you feel like is getting up and moving) but exercise to keep from getting down in the dumps works ( of course not all the time) I also read an article about correlation between gut bacteria and mental health …maybe in the future, what we eat can „lift our spirits“ or, yucky to read but maybe also later an option, getting healthy bacteria into your intestine to fight the depression …

I'm puttering to get the bathroom finished. I was installing the hinges on the cabinet doors for the cabinet that holds the laundry supplies. Piper was trying to climb on my back and root through my hair as I did this.
I picked up the first door and it's 2 screws and used it to mark and drill the pilot holes for both doors and installed the first door. Picked up the second door and went to grab it's 2 screws... no screws. I also saw puppy foot prints in the cleaning polish I used to clean the door.
Here is where I found the screws. Note appropriate toy for her to play with right near the screws.
I HAVE to get the door back on that bathroom to keep her out of my stuff. She has also come out with my hole saw, a screw driver and a small pair of pliers. She literally has at least a dozen toys strewn about this house for crying out loud! Leave MY stuff alone already!!!

Sounds like the new puppy we have.
