I have quite a few friends/family member who suffer from depressionmany say exercise is a big part of keeping it under control ( of course when you’re down in the dumps the last thing you feel like is getting up and moving) but exercise to keep from getting down in the dumps works ( of course not all the time) I also read an article about correlation between gut bacteria and mental health …maybe in the future, what we eat can „lift our spirits“ or, yucky to read but maybe also later an option, getting healthy bacteria into your intestine to fight the depression …
