Good morning all, hope all's well this cold Thursday morning. Coffee is one and ready Started DW jeep up as it was frosty and went let the chickens out for the morning. I have had these chickens for 2 weeks and no eggs as of yet, I understand it's but cold and the breed only lay's one egg a week, also they're molting. Just wondering if they're still to young?

Well, how old are they, in weeks?
Not the cold so much as the shortening days....and moving stress can put them off for sure.


Frosty here this morning but in the 50's the next few days before rain and temp plunges.

Morning all! FH and I had fun at his employers Christmas party last night. They did a raffles for different prizes and we won the Dinner and Movie gift basket then FH won one of cash prizes. This year the caterer brought mediocre food (wasn't hot like it was in past years) and it was the same as years past- pulled pork, chicken tenders, Mac & Cheese, green beans and Banana pudding.
