400 mg ibuprofen + 1000 mg acetaminophen

It's temporary. And much safer than narcotics.

And if you were on your death bed in horrible pain, who cares if you bleed out as long as you're not in pain!

Lesser amounts of each at same ratio until an effective dosage is found works also - only to be done temporarily and only if kidney/liver function is good.
