Back from the pharmacy. Needed to pick up a couple prescriptions. Got the shingles shot and the flu shot!

Sore left arm yesterday seems to be gone today.
Morning cafe I was told get booster on shingle vaccine.
New one out since mine like 6 years ago.

I've had the shingles shot and RSV. Hubby and I need to get the Covid and Flu shots for this year. He's waiting until he's back from Colorado, just in case he has any reaction.

He's going out to a friend's wedding, and doesn't want anything to keep him from feeling good. He's taking advantage of being there to do some hiking too.

My shingles arm (left) is really sore. Flu arm (right) isn’t, but I just woke up from a three hour nap.
