I forgot to add..I like to watch the Stephen Colbert late night show, it will come to an end next May, that is sad. Stephen Colbert really funny. I hope another media company will do a late night show with him.

Firewood is done and split. Time to go drop more trees. We smoked the rest of the ground pork burgers and I have some for lasagna on Sunday. Here comes the rain!

Good morning Cafè. Coffee is ready.

Yesterday my brother-in-law and I got the new double pole circuit installed and the wire run through the garage to under the stairs in the storage area where I will junction before leaving the house and running the wire out to the site of their new mini split. Today we'll pour the concrete pad and tomorrow I'll finish running that line out while we wait for all of the components to be delivered

And that is a very good thing! To me it is a sign that I am getting better and my recovery is progressing nicely.
Things are also progressing nicely but also very slowly, with HTG and I. He is such a gem!

Good Morning

Coffee is hot and so ready. Colder this morning than yesterday.

Yesterday I went to the produce shop - this is independent store that supply animals feed/bedding/med/gardening stuff and mostly locally produced products. These stores are often some distant away from the main population and it is really nice to drive out to these stores, fresh air and open green spaces.

I got feed for my 4 tiny bantam, dog treats, garden soil, and more sugar cane mulch, the same brand and it is even cheaper than the one I got near my home. Lucky for me, this store does not sell chickens big or small.

When I was growing up driving into the rural areas or hinterland we often stopped to get fruits/vegetable along the way, people in those places left out home grown produce at the front of their houses and a little money box to put money in. I have not seen this for many years now. So very sad that this practice disappeared.

Going to take a short run to the feed store.

My teeth I am happy to say I take them out at night put them in each morning no more pain of what was left.

This is why my dental health has greatly deteriorated over the past 10 years. I have a partial for my upper front 3 teeth. I never take them out at night. I would say, this is the only vain area in my life. I don't want my husband to awake to see an extra from the movie Deliverance.

I don't wear makeup, fix my hair for Church and nails are dirty from working in the garden, he doesn't care. He said, take them out honey, I love you, it's okay. How sweet right? yes. Then he plays a song from the J Geils band...Take out your False Teeth Mamma, I wanna suck on your gums. Ugh.
