Coffee is ready...
Over your side is slowly entering Autumn..... shorter day, colder and snow at Christmas.....I am dreaming of a white Christmas..

Over here we are slowly entering spring.... longer day, hotter and super hot, dry heat at Christmas...we have BBQ outdoor, cold pawns for Christmas feasting...cooking in the oven is very hot...
The shops always feature traditional Christmas feast, big bird.etc...

My family we often drive to the beach and have BBQ in the heat,it is super hard to find a vacant bbq at the beach on festive season. We cook, sweat, eat, drink load of cold drink and sit in the water at the beach.....then the drive home when it is almost dark, but sitting in traffic jam those are good memories.

Good morning Cafè. Coffee is ready.

48 this morning. Ahhh! I had to toss on a jacket to do morning chores.

Some of my hens have been roosting in the junior flock space. The juniors don't know what to do about it so most have been roosting on the poop boards. I'm happy to see some found new spots in the adult area. It's mostly the cockerels that have been trying to roost in the nest boxes.
Poor Astrid hasn't tried to roost her chicks yet. I'm overcrowded. I have 6 boys ready to go and not a single hit on my ads.
