Good morning and thanks for the coffee! I am glad that you stopped by, LF. It seems like you are busy too.
I need to deal with one more slash pile before the rains come back in. High of 57F tomorrow, they say. My woodsplitter is back down in the work area so that fun is also on the list of things to do again.
The nice thing about the cooler weather is that using the oven to bake bread is a welcome treat in two ways!

I am glad that you stopped by, LF. It seems like you are busy too.

Indeed, I am as I finally after more than 10 years of trying was able (with the help of a few good friends) to convince DH that we need to downsize. It all gets way too much for me to maintain.

We are planning an all one level newbuild of about 100-120 m2 with about 4-5,000 m2 of garden and a bit of woodland which will sit on our own land neighboring our actual home. This way we will stay in our village, enjoy our neighbours and will be able to go on almost as before but without being exhausted all the time.

It is exciting!
