DH's TX friend called and said haying is done and we are on our way up. LOL! They can sleep in while I go grandkid sit tomorrow.

The Lions lost their first game. They didn't look very good, most of the time. Hubby thinks they should have played some of their starters some of the time in the preseason games. Maybe he's right, I dunno.

If this game is indicative of how they're going to play, it could be a long, long season. We don't have any of the premium sports channels, so the broadcast games are all we'll get. The Lions are the "local" team, so they should be carried by the broadcast networks.

I really, REALLY don't want to go back to paying for TV!
