Letchworth is called the Grand Canyon of the East.


Her history is very interesting. The history of Letchworth is as well.

So the Grand Canyon is a large area...I only saw it on tv on a few documentaries.

I read Mary Jemison's story yesterday and her life story is very interesting and I can not imagine what her 12 years old be thinking. As I was reading it, my mind not only imagine what Mary Jemison's life was like, but also the few movies I saw "The Unforgiven" with Audrey Hepburn.

I google Letchworth and it took me to England, I thought that is not right...., need to type in also Letchworth America.
The Internet, technology! I traveled all the way to England and back to America from Australia just the touch of my fine 10 fingers

Good Morning

Coffee is being served and the sun is out bright and shine.

I put 3 of my fruits plants into bigger pots and I am very happy with that. The sun is rising before 5am now and so I must rise with it because once my chickens see light, they start to push each other and banging on the coop doors to get out.

Very late last night one of my hens Minty was pushing her way at the coop door trying to get out, so much noises that we can hear her and I let her out she run straight into my garage...I have no idea what up with her, so I let her sleep in the dog carrier box in the garage and she instantly settled down. No egg was lay and she did not want to get out this morning. Strange thing!

Enjoy your lovely nature walk DL. Many moons ago we used to do lot of bush walk as we call it over here, it was so nice, we walked into the deep dense bush land trails. My knees can not do that anymore.

Today was a beautiful day. I should have spent the afternoon in the garden, but as we were out of milk, needs must I go to the store. I've spent too much the last two gorgeous days in the car.

Tomorrow, I'll spend time in the garden. Rainy (YAY!!!) on the weekend, then nice, but cool on Monday. After all this rain we ARE going to get, it'll be easy peasy to pull weeds.
