Yesterday was probably the last day in the 60s for awhile. We can have those kinds of temps in December; even on Christmas day. But those are freaks. Yesterday was a nice -- but windy! -- fall day.

I'm thinking indoor projects for today. Make jam? toum? rice pudding? Definitely do some laundry and maybe other cleaning.

A good part of the list is done; sore shoulder, scrape, bruise, and a pair of ripped jeans, but making progress! Today's part should be a bit more boring and I threw in a lunch with my BFF while she is in this part of the woods.

Good Morning,

Coffee ...3rd cup already this morning, the sun is out and quite strong wind, no more rain this wind will dry up the wet ground by the end of the day.

I will be mowing the lawn later today or tomorrow. I love mowing the lawn, the fresh cut lawn smell, and the cutting can top up my compost bin. Chickens love new cut lawn, they are eating something in there.

Today is Monday over here, I do feel like Sunday though. I am not sure what happened to my Sunday? Where did it go?

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

I've been trying to incorporate more oatmeal into my diet to help get my cholesterol under control. I did a tiramisu overnight oats recipe last night that also includes chia seeds. Stellar! I used this recipe to meal prepped my breakfasts for the work week with my usual modifications to the breakfast recipes I do.

Today I want to make homemade kimchi and try a lemon garlic honey chicken over crispy sweet potato meal prep recipe for my lunches I recently found.

@DobieLover What your oats and chia seeds tiramisu taste like? I am trying to imagine it.

Minty hen with the lash egg is now back doing it again. So back on antibiotic. I remember before any of my chicken passed away due to ill health, they all poop the same small dark green poop with yellow cap. Minty is doing the same, but she is responding to the antibiotic so started to poop normal yesterday, but back to that near the end poop again this morning.

For just once, can I have a chicken that die of old age instead of ill health? Just 1, surely that is not too much to ask.
