Crazy boy my butt. That kid's coooool. Top o' the World. Looks like his
ego and personality are developing very nicely. Smart Boy!!!

My Travis won't be racing for a while, or at least until next week when the
stitches come out. He races after the 2nd grade lovelys. They are sorta like
the two lovelys in your second pic, well, they will be some day.

Oh and that second pic. I'm oogling because I love Haulmark trailers.

ROTFL!!!!! That girl on the left is a Hooter's Girl, she is 24 that's his girlfirend. The girl on the right is my 20 year old daughter, the engineer to be. Travis is 18...the boy like the older women, lol!!

Okay, so here's my first attempt at the granny square thing (front & back) - in cammo (I hate that yarn btw, I knew I should've bought cotton instead of acrylic).

I put a slipstich border on it, but I don't think it was loose enough because it kinda warped the sqare.

Edited to add: this square was hooked while I was sitting on the couch watching Kyle Busch score a win at Dover.

Now that I've recovered from the daughter-in-law thing, whew, lol!!! I hope that's awhile off!!! That is a super square! I wonder if you aren't using a BIG hook though, lol!! 4 rows? You know what, you use that cotton, that peaches n cream/sugar n creme and omg, you will be soooo spoiled!! Try that and an H hook and you can do 5 rows and you should have a perfect 6" with a nice shaped square. You'll be spoiled!!

Yeah, we're pretty lucky Erin is so smart and chose a field to go into that will pay well and have alot of job security. Great future for her. We keep hoping Travis will get the NASCAR opportunity but it really all comes down to money now..how much can you contribute to put the kid in a NASCAR ride...sooooo, he is going to colelge too, lol! Not exactly sure what he wants to do for a living other than race, but at least he'll have a college degree to help him out.

Great job on the square! I did a camo afghan one time and HATED the yarn..Idont' think it's the acrylic, I think it's the pattern, loL!!

finally got caught back up for about 10 mins, its crunch time here for me with the up coming chickenstock this weekend we have nearly 50 chickens entered in the main show alone. but its all for a great cause and thats our 4-H and ffa kids. Jenscott, chickngurl those squares are lookin hot. I also like that fishermans ring pattern but I keep doing something wrong I think I am trying to turn and go backwards but I am not sure, scrambled If I weren't already married I would have snatched that boy up in a heart beat LOL

18 and already engaded sounds like someone already beat me to it. Darn. oh well I kinda like my ole' redneck hubby of mine anyways!

NOOOOOOOO...he is NOT engaged!!! It was a joke!! Please Lord, be still my pounding heart, lol!!!I hope he has ten more girlfriends before he decides to get married....noooo, unless there is something I don't know, the kid better not have even had a THOUGHT of marriage, lol!!!! whew, heart failure, lol!!
