I have been trying to figure how my brain spasmed about seeing Greentree's name and I finally realized I must have clicked on the beginning of this thread becasue ...DUH!..she's on the list already...these ten hour days and add an hour each way for driving is really warping my thinking worse than normal, lol!!! I'll redo the list and take her off at the bottom, doubt she wants double duty!!


And Amy I did join that Crochetville site..just haven't had much tiome to check it out well yet...lots of patterns though!!!!

Can someone direct me to the page or approximate page with the details for this swap? Please? I've been reading through the pages and to be honest, it's overwhelming. I'd like to know exactly what's expected before I commit.

just 6" square for each person in the swap, it can be a traditional granny square or anything else you want to make it. It should just measure as close to 6" as possible square. Then around October 30th we send all our squares to Mawchickedee in a flat rate usps box and also send the money for a return trip to get the package of squares back. Each square should be marked with your name, by putting in a ziplock bag and labelling it.

A lot of these other posts on here are projects that people are doing on the side for personal or other use. I dont think the actual fall swap opens till September, but we all had so much fun with the spring swap that we just cant get enough and are already crocheting our squares.

LOL!! Prairie Girl!! I guess we are a bit overwhelming, but we sure are fun!!! I'm adding your name to the list with a question mark...meaning "I'm not quite decided but I'm liking these crazy women and thinking seriously about joining their swap!!"

Hey guys !!!! OVER here!!!

Sorry I haven't been around much!!! I've been lurking, though....Usually while eating, so I don't type.....

My father died on June 30. Went the way we all hope to go, almost 87, sat down to watch TV, and my SIL found him the next day.....

I have been hookin' a bit, though. I am making baby flower squares with that Cotton Tot by Bernat...LOVE it!! Maybe DH could make y'all some pictures. It will be an afghan.

I also made "A" snowflake out of the Cotton Tot, so if I can find a background color, maybe I'll do an afghan with those.... you would think I did not already have a sweater that is missing a sleeve, Fall swap squares to do, DS wanting an afghan........

My mare now has a Regional Championship!!! Maybe I can get a pic of that, too....

Scrambled, I WAS on the list....I did NOT get a pink slip.....you better put me back, or you WILL hear from the Union!!!!!!
