OK. I have a pile of various needle type crafts in front of me and I would like to get started on *something* (or continue on my natty little square...or both depending on how well my insomnia gets a hold of me)

Here's your laugh for the day....that cutie pie puppy of mine, the baby dachshund..wide open, hyper, kissy, happy puppy..came home from work tonight and she soaked my face with kisses....then I turn and see the toilet brush in the hallway.........

eeeoouuu! SE! bleh....

My cat loves the toilet brush so much we had to buy him his own and he *still* tries to get at the one in the bathroom. (he enjoys brushing his teeth and whiskers on them) People find it quite odd when they come over to visit and spot a toilet brush in our hallway.

The one and only guy in a kilt we managed to get a picture of....my father in law snuck a photo op from the top of the rail station's bridge.

That's his sporran his putting something into...really!

Our Dalimatian (sp?) Jake usually brings you either a shoe or rawhide or toy when you come in the door. Tonight he brings me an empty or almost empty toliet paper roll. so he almost had a potty mouth, or cleaning up after. heeew

You're welcome, Karan...wish I had gotten that waiter though...he was really hot, but the pub light was quite dim and a flash would have just been rude.

hee hee, I think it was my cat. What if my cat, and Scrambled's dog and your dog, Karan, shared a bathroom?

I have a feeling we wouldn't end up with a clean bathroom!

next time I am in Scotland, I might try that...maybe it will work at the airport too...But Mr. Customs Officer....

I have a question for my fellow hookers....is there a trick to keeping/getting the squares to stay flat? This sheep's wool really likes to curl up something terrible...If it's not a big deal, I will just let the experts flatten them when they get them, but it's probably a good thing to know for the future...

risurocket I have some squares that were single crochet and they still curl

and they were made a very long time ago by an older hooker

than myself. They will just need to be blocked.

But once they are edged and joined with the other squares it won't matter.

So just keep on hookin

well risurocket all my poopter is going to let me see is the security cam and some really pretty hanging flowers. OH laptop where are you, please oh please come back to me!

Sorry for not posting more today but I really am trying to get this ghan done before friday I am now on the last color I have about 4 to 8 more rounds to go. I had to stop and let the smoke clear and my hook cool off. other wise I would be at it all night, yes ladies I am the midnight mistress of the yarn stash! Give me a good long movie, some chips and dip and a glass of sam's choice coke on the rocks and a basket of yarn and a light up hook and turn out the lights and lock the door and don't bother me till morning.

well gals I am beat, blaylee the youngest DD made me run today and everytime I would stop to take a rest see would yell at me like a drill sarg. So my legs hurt and my fingers are quiet red so I need to go give the ole' pack horse a rest! ya'll have a great night and all you MIA hookers glad to hear from you and don't be afraid to post once in a while or I'll have to get that ole' mean stick and prod ya'll out of those yarn buckets!
