It's been a while since I've visited. We've been under the white stuff a couple months now. But saw the Gardening stuff and seeds replacing the Christmas items at Fleet Farm this past weekend and my mind has been wondering back to Gardening.
You know, Mark, I thought I was a good gardener...but I just went through the pictures on here that all of you have taken since I last visited. You all are PROFESSIONALS! LOL.Anyways I've I got my Tyvek bags behind the coop filling up with frozen poo from the coop and we'll be spreading it before it thaws completely and dreaming of sweet corn, sweet peas, tomatoes and all that garden goodness.![]()
I saw some cattle panels in action trellising some peas into quaint curvy paths in a friend's garden. I have to say they are on my "to buy list" this spring. Cant wait!
Such great ideas for the cattle panels!Cattle panels... can't garden without them! You can also put them parallel to each other, about 15" apart and grow your tomatoes between them. Or curve them into an inverted U with plastic over the top, and minimal wood framing, for a grow tunnel or mini green house, or chicken coop or chicken tractor. Or lay them over a hay bale frame, supported by 2 x 4's for a cold frame.
Where do you get your Tyvec bags?
