what colors?

Well the last year I made a pink and blue blanket. And this year it's like a peach color I got on sale:)

We call them 'rooster' eggs! LOL!

I think I like "rooster egg" better.

I haven't cracked it open yet, but I am excited it may be yolkless. I prefer egg white omelets.

Silly people!
People have some pretty funny ideas. I have one friend who "totally gets" the chicken thing, but not me keeping ducks. He didn't know ducks laid... "edible eggs" and thought that duck, turkey, goose & quail "only laid eggs for reproduction, they are not edible".

He also had to have me come change his flat tire during my 2 hour break New Year's Eve. He always tells me I am the guy in our friendship. After THAT little adventure, I tend to agree.

They are just too far removed from their food source is all.

We've had folks think all our hens are roosters because, "they have those thingees on their head" and thought our Jersey milk COW was a bull because she had horns. Have asked us what we did to the milk to make it so white and swore they would never eat eggs that came from a chickens butt. (Where do your eggs come from??? "The store")

hello.
awhile ago, I was frustrated with some really nice yarn. I am happy to say, it worked out great! I used a chair to unroll the skein, and no problem!!!! I will buy this kind again, rolled the way it was etc. I am working on my arm band bracelets, I have made 4 of them so far. I am thinking hair scrunchies next!!

what brand was it Annie? Once I get better at knitting, I'd like to buy alpaca wool :) I'm working on sock #2 :)

I dont know what brand. I have pictures on the site here. you'd have to look a bit. I know it was from a small wool store. It was pricey but in the end worth it. Its very soft.
