There is always more views than reviews. I wonder if there is a way to prompt people to leave a review if the read the article and find it useful? Could there be a way to put a small pop up at the bottom of the screen asking this? Also does it record views from people viewing it from an outside source as in being directed here from a google search?

I have absolutely no evidence to back this up, but my feeling is if the person who wrote the article responded to the reviews and comments, people appreciate it. It gives the reviewer a like and acknowledges that they taken the time to do more than click a button.

The review process is fairly new. There used to be comments and ratings.

The new system allows for comments after the review and I have has some of those
