Yes, you are right. Especially the second one is quit similar. The only difference is asking why.

I have another idea though.
Did you ever have an argument with your neighbours about keeping chickens?
No, never!
Yes, because of the noise of the hens
Yes, about the noise of my rooster(s)
Yes, about the smell
Yes about the coop
Yes about the run
Yes because of the rodents
… other

If you answered with yes, can you tell us how you solved the problems?
If you answered with no, did you do anything special to prevent angry neighbours?

I like this one! Maybe add, "no, they don't seem to care." That's what my neighbor's think, thankfully!
