You can't post code in the forum, but you can post it in the personal page. There is a link that allows you to open up the HTML editor. You need to copy it into there.

Well, I just completed my coop deluxe, and I'd like to share my pics. I have a Flickr account, so the pics I have on the web already have a url. No need for photobucket (which wants data like my phone number...no thanks!), and yet, my pics don't show up. I've gone to my page, then clicked edit, then done the insert/edit image icon and pasted in the Flickr url, along with my title and description. Still...nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong?

I'm in the Bay Area.

Does Flickr let you post pictures on other sites / locations? If you follow the instructions and usa an image URL like this: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/img/smilies/big_smile.png

Then it should work fine.

I am having a problem with the html page acceptin my html code. I want to add a background and it just doesn't show up. When I try to edit it again the code I entered disappears.

I think it is overwritten. You may be able to create a table and put a background in that. I've seen this work on other people's pages.
