For the wifi event pokemon you just need a game boy, one cart of pearl/diamond, platinum, soul silver/heart gold and a wireless internet connection. You will need certain event pokemon to open up content in Black/White. One of those legendary dogs with allow you to get Zoroark in Black/White.
