BYC pokemon club. Now with a banner(thanks to chicklover98!)

I know, I'm always discovering things that I'd totally forgotten the existence of. I remember when I started playing Pokemon again after a three year absence, I got the shock of my life when a tentacool appeared, because I didn't know what it was. :lau

. They are such strange little squids!

And so common too. I reckon I could single-handedly support the max repel industry at this rate.

Random thought of the day, but I want to buy some finches. They're so adorable! And the cages at the pet shop are boring, they could probably do with something bigger. :p

Looks like Nintendo is stepping up the give aways.... finally :) The current one is a wifi mystery gift with a twist. Use the mystery gift function on black or white and receive a Zekrom or a Reshiram. Each pokemon has the "moveset" it would have in the most recent movie. You will get whichever you didn't get while playing in the game. So, if you plotline gets you Zekrom you will receive a Reshiram. Now the twist. You can take that pokemon into the dream world and get....... a Victini doll. Okay not so great but its something....

Haven't posted in a while but I figure I'd give a heads up. Since Black/White 2 has been released Nintendo has had several wifi tournaments. I think they're trying to generate interest for the release of pokemon X and Y in October. I suspect there will be tournaments of some sort every month or so. Currently players who own black or white 2 can sign up for a "rotation battle" tournament. Sign up ends/closes Thursday afternoon. If you have wifi access you can play. You just need to sign up, load some pokemon into your battle box, and use the start up menu to load them for the tournament. Unlike other tournaments you can basically use any pokemon save chatot. Usually "Ubers" such as Reshiram or Mew2 are banned from these sorts of tournaments. Even if you lose a match you can still win battle points. My experience is that there is a wide range of skill players in these kind of tournaments especially since rotation battles are not something people are used to. They usually use a double battle format.
