I know that's the way it's written, but I'm not sure that's what they mean. I think they mean that you can't nominate the same person for more than one award each month? If they do mean that, I have wasted tons of nominations when I have nominated four different people for the friend or spirit award.
You can nominate the same person for more than 1 award, but we never give anyone more then 1 at a time. If there are multiple nominations for the same person for different awards, we try to find the best fit.
